The email address you provide during checkout is **only** used to send you an email confirmation with your order details, along with an email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. In some cases, we will email a customer if there is a problem with their order (e.g., problem with credit card, item suddenly becomes back-ordered, etc.).
At the request of many of our customers, we will soon be offering the option to receive our email newsletter, which will contain valuable product information, exclusive promotions and coupons from TMGolfShop.com. Payment Options
We accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We will also accept payment by money order, cashiers check or personal check if received within 10 days of your purchase. Please contact a Customer Service Representative via email at customerservice@tmgolfshop.com or if you wish to mail your payment.
TMGolfShop.com is headquartered in Colorado and only residents of Colorado pay a 3.8% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside Colorado are exempt from sales tax.
Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping on every product, every day inside the continental USA. We use only the most reputable shipping services (UPS, FedEx) and freight delivery companies for large items. Expedited shipping is available on all products, except freight items, at an additional cost (please contact us if you would like to expedite your shipment). Shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional shipping charge due to Air Shipping (please call for details)
Oversized or heavy shipments must be delivered by Freight, and are brought to the curbside only. Please note the following important details about Freight Delivery:
1) You will be responsible for moving the item into your home or backyard once it has been removed from the truck at curbside. You will need to be present to sign for the item.
2) Additional costs may be incurred if you live on a small street that is not accessible via a freight truck. In such cases, the freight company will need to transfer your purchase onto a smaller truck for delivery. If you know that large moving trucks cannot access your street (a problem in some cities and rural areas), you must contact us in advance of placing your order so that we can notify the freight service and obtain a cost estimate for you before you place your order

Tracking
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your order. As soon as tracking information becomes available, you will receive a second email communicating that your order has shipped, along with a tracking number and a link to the shipping service where you can track your package. Please note that your credit card statement will indicate a purchase from TMGolfshop.com

Returns
We want you to love your TMGolfShop.com purchases, and we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for items that are unopened, unused and in their original condition. Due to the very personalized nature of golf products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
For returns on items that are not damaged or defective and are unopened and unused in their original packaging, please contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise via email at returns@tmgolfshop.com. Please include the following information in your email:

- Description of reason for return
We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item to us.
Because we provide free shipping on all orders, we charge a re-stock fee for items refused at time of delivery or those returned within 30 days of delivery due to reasons other than damage or defect. Standard size items will incur a 10% re-stock fee, and oversized freight items will incur a 20% re-stock fee. We are unable to accept returns on items past 30 days. Please contact us with any questions about our return policies.
For damaged or defective products, please contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery via email at returns@tmgolfshop.com.

We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item to us.
Once a Return Authorization Number has been obtained for damaged items, we will make arrangements to have the item picked up at your home or office by UPS or FedEx, and will immediately send a replacement to you free of charge. Please put all merchandise back into its original packaging, if possible.
If you discover your item to be defective after 30 days from receipt, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair.
